Job Description

Qualifications:

4-10 years of relevant experience in a painting/coating process Hands-on experience with painting methods: spray, and powder coating, Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the painting section to meet daily production schedules. Ensure that painting quality standards are met as per customer and internal specifications. Plan and allocate manpower and resources efficiently. Maintain and monitor painting equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance. Implement and maintain 5S, lean manufacturing, and safety practices in the section. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production planning teams. Analyze defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain rework records. Train and develop operators on painting techniques, quality awareness, and safety. Manage paint inventory and ensure the proper storage and handling of materials. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
