Job Description

Lead and oversee the security operations of critical systems and services, managing incident response and ensuring compliance with cyber security policies and processes. Ideal for proactive leaders with extensive experience in cyber security incident response and team management.

• Oversee the security operations of various security systems and services including Firewalls, IPS, APT, Antivirus, encryption, access management, SIEM, Web & Email Proxy, patch management, and managed security services.
• Lead the response to large-scale cyber breaches and manage Incident Response (IR) workflows and activities.
• Provide training and mentoring to the Incident Response team members.
• Effectively communicate incident response actions to both technical and non-technical management.
• Ensure compliance with existing policies and processes, including collaboration with internal and external auditors.
• Develop and update cyber security playbooks.
• Design holistic IT security architecture for enterprise information protection.
• Develop contingency planning and disaster recovery strategies and solutions for cyber security systems and services.

• Hold a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cyber security incident response activities.
• Preferably possess relevant Cyber Security certifications.
• Minimum of 6 years\' experience leading a security operations team, with proven capability in managing teams of 3 or more members.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter, proactive, and resourceful.
• Preferably have hands-on experience with various operating systems, firewalls, networks, and other cyber security appliances.
