Job Description


Job Purpose:Plan, develop, review, manage and control the overall drafting and implementation of HR policies and procedures on employee performance management (including employment probation) that leads to a positive and measurable impact to Agrobank, in tandem with the Bank\'s corporate and business objectives.Principal Accountabilities:

  • Partner with management and employees to ensure performance management (PM) is aligned with strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Engage in communication activities with various stakeholders.
  • Review of SOP/framework to further increase performance management and development efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Completion of initiatives, measured by completion date, milestones, impact, etc.
  • Lead and manage the Section in new initiatives for continuous improvement in driving high performance culture.
  • Lead and manage the Section in coordinating organization-wide implementation of approved performance management.
  • Performance Management Section management and administration matters.
Qualification :
  • Preferably Bachelor, Professional or Master\'s Degree in Business Studies, Management, Human Resource, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Islamic Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of related working experience in the related field. Experience in the financial industry would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years specialization in performance management framework, policies, process, and tools at supervisory / managerial role.
  • Knowledge of overall HR functions and their interconnection with performance management
  • Talent Assessment Center Tools (e.g., Hogan/Swift/Behavioral Events Interview (BEI)/ Harrison) Certification would be an added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • In-depth knowledge of rewards management and talent succession issues and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, ability to handle sensitive and/ or confidential documents and information.
  • Strong technical skills in talent, compensation and benefits, incentives and recognition, job analysis and job evaluation
  • Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple complex issues concurrently.
  • Ability to create momentum and a collective agenda across multiple products with a diverse population and competing priorities.
  • At ease with the abundance of details and complexity, yet mindful of the big picture.
  • Must be result oriented with a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple complex issues concurrently.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership and coaching skills with proven experience in building, developing, and managing high performance teams.
  • Passion for people development and life-long-learning
  • Strong research and analytical skills, ability to handle sensitive and/ or confidential documents and information.
  • Strong performance management skill, good understanding of bank\'s business and operation performance measures
  • Competent in MS Office, MS Excel is critical.
  • General HR skills, HR change program, employee communication
  • Knowledge of the latest Performance Management trends, best practices and how to adopt it where necessary.
