This company is a major player in the repair of aircraft parts, they provide unrivalled cost-efficient repairs with market benchmark quality. They are looking for a Section Manager - Product Quality Assurance to join their team.Required Qualifications As a Section Manager in Quality Assurance, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Degree or equivalent in quality management, engineering or a related scientific field
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar field, preferably in aerospace
• Preferably, previous leadership experience
• Proficiency in quality assurance methods and process (e.g. auditing, 8D, Ishikawa, MSA, SPC)
• Experience in project management
• Deep understanding of Part 145 and/or ISO9001 requirements
• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good computer skills especially in MS Office i.e. Power Point, Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach QA team as necessary to optimize overall performance
• Strategically manage the team with long term development plans for the team as a whole and enable personal growth of all team members
• Ensure that all staff possess the necessary skills, are given appropriate training, are up to date on the latest methods, procedures and requirements and are of sufficient numbers to accomplish their work effectively
• Ensure compliance with the company\'s and external regulatory systems requirements
• Assist QA Manager in PI, EI, SI, WI, FAI and routers review
• Perform audit and spot check and report non-compliances and deviations
• Guide completion of INC/SNCs investigations including root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action definition, verification of effectiveness and technical investigation report
• Manage customer complaints and/or authority communication in case of quality escapes
• Identify opportunities for quality system and quality process improvements. Support in defining and monitoring KPI\'s to guide the company\'s decisions
• Provide quality oversight on ARC, customer enquiries and inspection / tooling related activities
• Ensuring qualification and authorization of Certifying Staff meets authority requirements
• Comply and support EHS policies, rules and regulations at all times
• Any other tasks as assigned
