Job Summary
As a vital member of the Financing & Securities Services (FSS) Global Content and Proposal Management Team, the DDQ Manager leads the oversight of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), ensuring each response adheres to the highest quality standards by working closely with key stakeholders and applying best practices.
Key Responsibilities

• You will deliver accurate, high-quality Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) by collaborating with Sales, Client, Product teams, and experts
• You will work with experts globally and locally to provide precise, relevant client responses
• You will apply our best practice framework for project governance and management
• You will maintain and update off-the-shelf DDQ packs (mainly AFME) for clients
• You will support ad hoc content delivery and library management tasks
• You will maintain and update internal workqueue trackers for MI reporting
• You will gain comprehensive insight into all business operations and the strategic roadmap.
• You will develop a deep understanding of the global FSS business across various segments, markets, and products.
• You will consistently offer feedback and suggestions to enhance the DDQ function's operating model and workflows.
