Analyze security systems and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
Monitor and report potential threats, vulnerabilities, and software issues
Research system weaknesses and develop cost-effective solutions to mitigate them
Adjust software, hardware, and internet configurations according to business needs
Develop and implement best practices and security standards across the organization
Test company software, firmware, and firewalls for vulnerabilities
Assist employees with cybersecurity, software, hardware, or IT-related issues
Handle vulnerability remediation processes and provide reports on status
Collaborate with teams to ensure business-wide compliance with security policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least
2 years' experience
in the cybersecurity industry
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment
with multiple priorities
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Basic coding skills (
HTML, CSS
, and other languages)
Certifications such as
CISSP, GSEC, CEH, or CISM
are highly desirable
Public Trust security clearance or willingness to obtain one
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and implementation strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
