Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and protect customer networks, systems and data from cyber-attacks. Security Analysts are expected to provide proactive monitoring, analysis and escalation when detecting suspicious security events.

Working in shift schedule (including public holiday), in a 24x7 Security Operation Center (SOC) environment. Responsible for monitoring on system events to identify suspicious activity and respond to them within the SLA Escalate cybersecurity incidents and findings to customers. Research the latest Cybersecurity trends. Staying up to date with current security vulnerabilities, attacks, and countermeasures. Investigate and provide technical analysis of various security incidents.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field. Understanding of security systems concepts such as SIEM, Firewall, Email Security Gateway, Web Security Gateway, Anti-Virus, IPS, and Advanced Persistent Threat (APT). Has basic knowledge in Digital Forensic and Incident Response will be an advantage. Able to work under minimum supervision and independently. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, enthusiasm, good time management and fast learning. Pleasant personalities and able to work as team player. Fluent in oral and written English (good in Bahasa Malaysia has additional advantage). Must possess own four-wheeled vehicle. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate must be Malaysian.
