Responsible in investigations throughout the respective Region and state.
Execute Security policies to ensure the physical and system security of all SPX Xpress premises.
Implement Security standards operating procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement Security policies in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
Plan, coordinate, and implement effective Security policies, guidelines, and procedures to achieve department objectives.
Monitor Security Service Providers' performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and validate monthly payments to ensure compliance with agreements.
Conduct audits to ensure adherence to Security standards and policies.
Directly participate in the coordination and planning of physical security matters.
Assess additional requests from Operations and evaluate the necessity for Security measures.
Observe daily Security operations conducted by Service Providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Maintain records for attendance, reports submission, guards master data, and non-compliances from all Security Service Providers.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 - 3 years in security investigations or security operations. Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage.

Demonstrated ability to independently handle and manage tasks assigned.
Able to respond to the call of duty (night operations, weekend operations) as and when required
