Job Summary:
The Security Executive is responsible for supervising daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property. This role includes leading the security team, monitors surveillance systems, handling incidents, coordinates with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a secure environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures.

Manage and guide the security team, ensuring proper scheduling and training.
Safeguard guests, staff, and hotel property through regular patrols and monitoring.
Respond quickly to emergencies, thefts, or disturbances and prepare incident reports.
Oversee surveillance systems to detect and prevent security risks.
Enforce hotel security procedures, fire safety, and emergency protocols.
Submit weekly and monthly security reports to management.
Requirement:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in hotel or corporate security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of security systems, CCTV monitoring, and emergency procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit, alert, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, with good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
