Perform day to day security duties to ensure the safety of the people within the mall and towards protection of the company, tenants and shoppers' properties against theft, robbery, damage, illegal entry and other hazards. To be stationed at designated entrances to prevent unlawful entry, to only allow authorized personnel to enter restricted areas of the mall. Perform patrolling, observe shoppers, tenants' movements or any irregular conditions and respond swiftly to any abnormal situations or criminal activities. Be alert and watch for safety and fire hazards and other security related situations. Carry out security checks or inspections for theft or misconduct, sabotages and other disturbances, which may result in negative consequences to the property and safety of people. Record daily activities, irregularities, potential breaches of security and unusual occurrences in Security Logbook. Perform clocking duties or record attendance in the relevant logbook in accordance with the required schedule.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least secondary school qualification (STPM/SPM). Minimum of 1 to 2 years (Assistant) of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in retail industry. Possess sound security and safety knowledge and have a proven track record in security enforcement Ability to write short reports and follow written instructions. Be able to work during weekends and rotate on shifts.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
