Assist the Head of Department in developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies, procedures, and standards.
Support in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily security operations across company sites.
Conduct security risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures.
Monitor and manage security systems, including CCTV and access control
Coordinate with external security service providers, enforcement authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
Prepare and review incident reports, security documentation, and investigations, ensuring timely submission to management.
Provide guidance, training, and supervision to security personnel to enhance effectiveness and professionalism.
Handle staff scheduling, deployment, and performance monitoring of security teams.
Support management in security-related projects, events, and VIP movements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of relevant working experience
in security management, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
Ex-police or ex-army background is highly preferred.
Preference will be given to female candidates due to operational requirements.
Strong knowledge of security systems, procedures, emergency response, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Proficiency in report writing, MS Office applications, and incident documentation.
Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, or during emergencies if required.
