KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist security team (shift) in secure manning posts on daily operation.
• Comply with orders given by supervisor relating to work and discipline including the performance of overtime duty.
• Monitor team members tasks are carried out in line with guideline and procedure.
• Recognise sensitive information, data and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Liaise with SEB internal and external stakeholders to ensure a secure and effective operation.
• Assist the supervisor for any security incident reported and support emergency response.
• Good knowledge the relevant laws, orders and ensure that all company procedures such as SGR, LSR,SERA,UAUC and Audit report are complied /adhered to at all stations.
• Committed with any planning of security welfares, functions, CSR and security yearly planning.
• Assist in operating Command Center Operations, Digital and Physical Security Technology system(PSTS)including Access Control system, ID registration/update, Perimeter Intrusion Detection/CCTV Surveillance system, drone manning, Visitor's Management system, and Guard Tour system. Able to analyze information from Past, communication skill, and initiating problem-escalation process for trouble shooting.
• Close coordination of all functions that are concerned with security, operational continuity and safety at the stations.
• Identify and report to OC at an early stage any developments and site intelligence information that may threaten SEB's interest and reputation.

SPECIAL ASPECTS/MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:

• To perform all tasks in line with HSSE roles, Corporate Security and responsibilities procedure.
• Willing to relocate within Sarawak.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma Holder with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) passed in five (5) subjects and credit in both Bahasa Melayu & Sejarah.
• Age limit is not less than 18 years old and not exceed 40 years old on the date of the interview. As for former police officers/auxiliary police or any other enforcement agency, the age limit is not exceed 45 years old.
• Preferably minimum of 2 - 3 years working experiences in security/enforcement field.
• Disciplined with no criminal record.
• Knowledge in MS Office proficiency and IT Savvy will be advantages.
