We're looking for a

Security Officer/Bouncer

who is reliable, observant, and confident in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at all times.

Monitor guest entry and exit, verifying age identification when necessary.

Handle crowd control and maintain order during peak hours and events.

Prevent and manage any incidents of disorderly conduct in a professional manner.

Perform regular patrols of the premises and report any suspicious activities or hazards.

Assist in emergency situations and follow safety protocols.

Work closely with management and bar team to ensure a smooth operation.

Always maintain a professional and approachable demeanour to uphold the bar's image.

Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Physically fit and alert with a strong sense of responsibility.

Prior experience in bar/club security or similar environment preferred.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Must be courteous, firm, and professional in dealing with guests.

Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
