Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Security Concierge to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong concierge background who understands the importance of delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:



Greet visitors and staff with professionalism, creating a secure and welcoming environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site security and emergency matters. Assist in managing access control systems, alarms, and visitor badges. Coordinate with facility and security vendors for maintenance and repairs. Support incident response and report to the Regional Security Director. Collaborate with Facility Management to improve workplace safety. Prepare reports and assist with security compliance documentation. Participate in corporate security initiatives and awareness programs.

Qualifications:



Diploma or equivalent (preferably in Security Management, Occupational Safety, or related field). Experience: 2-3 years in a concierge role or related customer-facing position is essential. Experience in security-related tasks will be an advantage (training will be provided for those with less security experience). Prior experience liaising with site management or handling client-facing responsibilities.

Desired Skills:



Strong situational awareness and attention to detail. Basic report writing and documentation skills (Microsoft Office knowledge preferred). Ability to coordinate and deliver basic security awareness training. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, management, and visitors. Fluency in

English

is required;

Mandarin or Cantonese
