• Ability to identify and address key security issues to support strategic business needs.
• Be capable of cultivating and mobilizing resources to obtain and collate detail on all potential threats to the Company.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead and successfully manage change.
• Ability to develop, set and implement security plans.
• Ability to identify and manage operational risk.
• Delivers material to enhance security awareness while demonstrates empathy, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
• Build strong professional relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly with Operations and Marketing.
• Ability to present, engage and influence senior management.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Professional qualification of military/ and/or police institution (staff college/ defense college or equivalent) and formal qualification in security management. (Market specific) desirable.
• At least 5 years\' experience in a security role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• In depth, comprehensive knowledge of security management, with previous experience in law enforcement or military service or corporate security in the private sector.
• Mature judgement and decision-making ability.
• Demonstrated outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
