Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of variety of infrastructure security solutions such as SIEM, Advanced Persistent Threats, Intrusion Prevention System, Web Application Firewall, Web Proxy, Privileged Access Management, etc.
• Co-ordinate requirements and deliverables with the customers, document best practices, schedule and prioritization of tasks, gather inputs and prepare documentation or briefings for meetings
• Co-ordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades
• Advise and present technical concept, technology selection, design and implementation approach
• Responsible for SOP and engineering level documentations
• Ensure that performance and availability of security solutions in customers\xe2\x80\x99 environment are running at optimum level

• Work with sales team in technical pre-sales activities in responding to tender/RFI/RFP requirements
• Develop of formal technical proposal and present the solution/product offerings
• Manage and deliver security solution Proof of Concept (POC)

• 2 - 5 years of experience in security engineering and operations support
• Hands-on experience with IT security solutions like SIEM, Advanced Persistent Threats, Intrusion Prevention System, Web Application Firewall, Web Proxy, Privileged Access Management, etc.
• Technical certification in any of the above solutions/products
• Preferably with network engineering background, advanced knowledge and understanding of network design principles/technical architectures

• Strong experience and detailed technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency
• Flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
