s \xc2\xb7 To assist the security manager to manage the overall security related issues. \xc2\xb7 To conduct serious and complex criminal investigations and retain responsibility as the officer-in-case. \xc2\xb7 To complete comprehensive investigation reports and case files. \xc2\xb7 To conduct interviews with potential witnesses and the subjects of investigations. \xc2\xb7 To conduct research into the background of individuals that are related to an investigation. \xc2\xb7 To manage the complaints system to ensure that all the complaints communicated are handled carefully and appropriate follow-up action is taken. \xc2\xb7 To manage the security and storage of information, evidence and documents related to investigations. \xc2\xb7 To liaise with internal and external parties including local law and other enforcement authorities, as necessary to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the investigation process. \xc2\xb7 To manage and deal with police reports if required. \xc2\xb7 To prepare concise and timely reports on activities related to investigations as required. \xc2\xb7 To monitor and identify any illegal activities. \xc2\xb7 To monitor and assist CIT operations. \xc2\xb7 To conduct SRA and ability of risk mitigation to reduce loss across the organization. \xc2\xb7 To prepare reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, present and unusual occurrences. \xc2\xb7 To ensure enforcement and implementation of security policies set by the company. \xc2\xb7 To conduct training to the subordinates on a weekly basis and documented. \xc2\xb7 To undertake any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
