Security Executive
As a FC Security Executive you will support the FC EHS & Security Manager based in our Cluster Fulfillment Center . You are the focal person who is responsible to maintain order and safety throughout the premises and protect FC facilities , valuable assets and other property from theft, fire and other harmful situations .
This role requires you to work hand in hand with your H&S colleagues in reevaluating the existing security and emergency procedures that includes evacuating, escape routes and reporting and alerting authorities.
Responsibilities

• Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.
• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points and IDS ( Intruder Detection System ).
• Manages CMS ( Center Monitoring System ) service provision and ensures real-time alerts and responses to any suspicious activities or incidents within the FC facilities.
• Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Conducts frequent risk assessment as per CPTED and TAPA - FSR requirements . This should not be limited to yearly security resilience exercises in collaboration with government agencies.
• Interviews witnesses , conduct interrogation analysis and establish mitigations plan.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls to conform with ZALORA H&S safety standard as per 45001.
• Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Manages the performance metrics of security provider(s) by establishing monthly / quarterly balanced scorecard review.
• Provides team leadership to the security personnel by establishing roll call , daily roster , managing grievances, incentives and addressing corrective actions as and when required.
• Maintains great rapport with government agencies such as PDRM and local fire department ( BOMBA ).

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Law Enforcement Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of security / risk assessment experience
• CPR/First Aid certified would be added advantage
• Computer literate especially Excel spreadsheet
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Analytical and excellent sense of judgment
• Possesses team leadership skills
• Always have drive to improve with strong mindset for growth
