Key Responsibilities: -

To execute all daily tasks and instructions given by supervisor or officer. To ensure the daily activity comply with security S.O.P. Monitors outsource security's daily performance including building inspection, site patrolling, static guard duties, attendance and security related matters. To ensure all necessary security measures are properly implemented such as safety and security of the building occupants and property. To ensure safety of guests, visitors/vendors/supplier and property, work proactively - to prevent theft and vandalism, responds to the needs of staff, and assist those who in needs, to provides excellent customer services, and to implement task and instruction from department supervisor. To work in potentially unpredictable situation, hence teamwork and effective communication with other security officers and staff are required. To control the traffic and execute emergency response or implement evacuation procedures. To monitor fire control, report panel and CCTV located at central gate and response to fire alarm activated. To monitor and respond to legal and illegal activities inside premise. Authorised any movement in or out based on documents provided. To investigate any incident pertaining to security matter inside plant. Report immediately to supervisor or officer for any incident or accident, unsafe act, unsafe condition and any suspicious activities. To ensure that all staff, contractors, and visitor to register at main gate and provide with access card. Monitoring or control the traffic and execute emergency response or implement evacuation procedures. To propose the improvement on the security system. Support in terms of transporting staff and to drive the ambulance in case of emergency. To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or management from time to time.
