Job Description
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for the premises and its occupants. The primary objective is to prevent unauthorized access, protect property and assets, and respond effectively to security incidents. Able to work on shift. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and control access points, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises. Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors. Enforce access control policies and procedures. Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both interior and exterior, to deter and detect security breaches. Strong observational.
To carry out business in Property Management and real estate activities with own or leased property N.E.C., cleaning services and cleaning buildings of all types and private security activities.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
