Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Hire/ manage, develop and deploy effectively in house and outsource security personnel (establish security guard staffing and patrolling schedule) to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s security and protection requirements.
• Establish and implement Site Security procedures in accordance with company security policies and requirements to eliminate security risks.
• Manage effectively Integrated Security Systems such as CCTV, Access Cards/ Badging System, Access Control System, VMS System, Parking System, Intrusion Detection System (if any)(IDS)/Emergency Door Alarm, Key Management and etc.
• Perform security incident investigation involving allegations falling within security management including burglary, theft, in-transit shortages, crimes against persons and property, and business abuse.
• Coordinate and support Site Emergency Response Team (ERT) in emergency response and preparedness and business continuity plan (BCP) where required \xe2\x80\x93Take immediate action in the event of major safety/security incidents and control the situations until the arrival of the relevant body e.g. Police, Fire Brigades, Site Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma/ Higher in related field.
• Professional experience at least 5-10 years in security management system (managing of CCTV, Access Control System, VMS, EM Door Alarm and et)
• Knowledgeable in Law enforcement /protection experiences/ ISO standard implementation are value added
• With good investigation, audit and interview skills
• Supervisory and coaching skills, able to lead site security team and programs
• Proficient in English and Malay languages.
• Confidence, perseverance, excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, passionate, strong communication skills, eye for details and ability to handle conflicts constructively and firmly
