Job Description
Responsibilites:
- Executing Safety Measures and Security Enforcement of the Property
- Lead the security team and liaise with security company to improve the service quality
- To ensure visitors\' registration at guard house and handle CCTV monitoring.
- Attend fire fighting system triggering and handle emergency situations
- Conduct routine checking of lightings, emergency exit doors
- To ensure routine patrolling as per scheduled time and 100% completion to clocking point
- Conduct nightshift spotcheck
- Good written and verbal communication\xe2\x80\x93 English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good customer service skills
- Pleasant personality and matured disposition.
- Leadership & site management skills
- Time management skills
- Team player and able to work independently
