To perform traffic control duties during special or major functions.
To ensure maximum protection hotel guest and employee i.e provide protection to preserve life and property.
To be fully familiar with the handling of a fire alarm situation and be able to operate the various commands of the Control Room.
To be constantly alert for security or any safety breach detrimental to the hotel.
To meet up with Security Supervisor daily during briefing or taking direct instruction for any special project / event.
Driver to ensure all vehicles assigned for shuttle / airport transfer to be ready 15 minutes before departure time.
To send and pick-up guest to / from arranged location safely and obey with road rule (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalanraya Rule & Regulation) all the time.
Driver to meet and greet the guest warmly to build rapport with guest as well as receive valuable feedback / challenges from the guests.
To assist with luggage and ensuring a comfortable travel experience.
Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fueled; report any maintenance issues immediately.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trips in accordance with hotel procedures.
Any other related tasks assigned by the hotel / company.
Qualification
:
SPM with basic English spoken.
Hotels and malls working experience. ( preferred)
