Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols around the mall
Report any incidents and maintain accurate logs of all activities and incidents
Conduct safety checks and monitoring of the CCTV Systems
Attend to tenants and customers complaints
Ensure mall safety procedures and SOPs are adhered to
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification
At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
Computer literate and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to write basic reports
Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
