+ This position is to maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, colleagues and their properties
+ Effectively communicate upward, downward and laterally
+ Perform daily administration of hotel's key control programme
+ Effectively enforce hotel's rule and regulations
+ Perform tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Health, Safety & Security/ Assistant Security Manager and respond to directions given by any EXCO or Duty Manager
+ Commitment to the standards of the IMS system in Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental protection
+ Ensure effective implementation of the IMS policy and procedures
+ Ensure continuous training and awareness of the IMS system
+ Ensure OTPs are monitored and acted upon
+ Identify areas of improvement through CPAR or suggestions
+ Ensure operational compliance to legal regulations and other requirements
+ Identification of new activities that are in relation to EASI and HIRADC
