Job Description

1. Ensure that only on-duty employees are followed to enter the hotel premises. 2. Ensure that off-duty employees are not allowed entry without permission of the department head concerned. Should permission be granted, the staff shall record on the \xe2\x80\x9coff-duty staff movement\xe2\x80\x9d logbook. 3. Ensure that no ex-employees enter the hotel premises without approval of the Human Resources Manager/ Security & Safety Manager or Night Manager within the cooling period. 4. Report and detain any hotel staff not authorized to be on the floors. 5. Ensure that contract workers shall be given \xe2\x80\x9cContractors\xe2\x80\x9d ID tag in exchange for his identity card or driving license. An authorized hotel personnel must escort the contract workers to the said working areas. 6. Ensure that all outsiders who have been issued Visitors, Contractors or Vendors passes to surrender the same upon leaving the staff entrance/ exit point event for whatever reasons. 7. To ensure that the Control Base Station (CBS) is kept clean and tidy. 8. In the absence of Security & Safety Officer (SSO), ensure that the daily use keys (such as bar, stores, outlet keys, etc.) are accounted for. Movements of these keys are properly recorded in the relevant logbooks. 9. Constantly monitor the movement and where about of Security Guard on duty by communicating through walkie-talkie. 10. To record all relevant information (feedback) received from the Security on duty in the logbook. 11. Operate company vehicle and vans in transporting guests or associates.
