Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the overall safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property. Acts as the key person in overseeing security operations, leading the security team, and ensuring compliance with hotel safety standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily hotel security operations.
- Supervise and schedule security officers and manage their performance.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems (CCTV).
- Respond immediately to incidents, emergencies, or guest issues.
- Handle investigations and prepare accurate reports on incidents or irregularities.
- Liaise with police, Bomba, and local authorities as needed.
- Ensure fire safety equipment and procedures are in place and functional.
- Organize fire drills and emergency response training for staff.
- Maintain proper documentation of security records, logs, and reports.
- Conduct security briefings and training for team members.
- Recommend improvements to hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
