Security Specialist - Auditing and Investigations
Adecco is seeking a Security Specialist for a client in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves collaboration with Japan and Global Security Teams to manage mid-level, high-volume security operations. The position is crucial in enhancing and standardizing incident response and audit programs across test centers in Japan and internationally. The Security Specialist will coordinate secret shop activities, conduct DVR audits, and support forensic reviews to identify anomalies in testing outcomes. Additionally, the role serves as a liaison between the Security Team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
What you will Do?

• Conduct routine DVR checks and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols
• Schedule, score, and report on global secret shop visits, managing logistics and grading processes
• Perform weekly DVR reviews following forensic analysis to detect anomalies in pass rates
• Prepare client-facing security summaries and collaborate with internal teams for consistent audit procedures
• Assist in meeting client-specific Service Level Agreements and contribute to continuous improvement of security operations

Your Skills

• Proficiency in Japanese language preferred but not required
• Prior experience in the security industry, particularly with audits, investigations, and CCTV monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during extended video review sessions
• Experience in compliance, auditing, investigations, or quality assurance is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client-facing reports

About the Job

• Permanent full-time position with standard working hours from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
• Permanently remote position, only working in office when required
• Work schedule aligned with Japan's time zone, including potential weekend and holiday shifts
• Opportunity for travel and office-based work as required
