Job Description

Plan and review all security and safety measures, security manpower deployment, policies, procedures and equipments in order to maintain efficient and tight building security and safety control at all times in accordance to the best practices and standards.

Plan, review and ensure there is always adequate level of effective building security and safety control in the case of any ongoing building renovation, repairing, upgrading and refurbishment works in the complex at all times.

Plan, review and ensure there is always adequate level of effective building security and safety control as a strong prohibitive deterrent against any whatsoever thefts, pilferage of goods, pickpockets, snatch thefts, burglaries, robberies and acts of violence in the complex at all times.

Conduct a monthly building security and safety audit and then submit a report to the Resident/Building Manager on the current status of the building security and safety conditions including the performance of the security personnel, and the necessary remedial works or actions to be taken, if any.

Oversee, monitor, appraise and audit the security personnel and the security surveillance system so as to ensure that the building security and safety are competently and effectively carried out by all the security personnel to the level of best practices and standards.

Conduct ad-hoc visits and roll calls at anytime of the day or night.

Assist the Resident/Building Manager in formulating Fire Evacuation Plan, Fire Drill and Emergency Plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
