Job Description
s:
-Responsible for office building/shopping mall Electrical maintenance tasks assigned by Chargeman
-Perform wiring, cabling, conduits and other related work and report to Chargeman
-Carry out maintenance works, inspection and troubleshooting for building maintenance electrical work, electrical systems, CCTV and equipment
-Carry out weekly standby Generator and Fire Pumpsets Testing
-Supervise and verify external contractors service. Report to Chargeman status of service performed and satisfaction level.
-Check and supervise renovation works closely such as Installation of electrical conduits and points (floor, wall and ceiling)
-Plan and organize the periodical preventive maintenance and report following company’s standard operating procedures
-Record daily reading for Electrical, water supply, chilled water, LPG consumption and submit to Chargeman to verify.
