Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Plant Science/ Seed Science/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Biology or equivalent. (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply) * Candidates with ability to appreciate seed physiology and technology or with higher degree / experience will have an added advantage. * Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia. * Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to travel when needed. Responsibilities: * Responsible for planning, implementing and managing activities in Oil Palm Seed Production Laboratory and Seed Garden. * Review seed requirements and ensure smooth and efficient production of saleable seeds. * Meet production schedule on time and maintain adequate seed stock levels. * Able to analyse / trouble shoot should problem arise. * All other relevant duties as assigned.
