Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote seed products.
• Identify target markets and customer segments for effective marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Work closely with the Seed Sales Marketing team in Peninsular to ensure the proper execution of sales plans.
• Maintain regular communication with the Seed Production team in Sabah to stay updated about production status and inventory levels.
• Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and market analyses to management.
• Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on product features.

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess a driving license and be willing to travel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
