Why does this job exist and why is it critical?? Campaign Execution & Go-to-Market (GTM)
Drive the end-to-end execution of segment-led marketing campaigns for product offers, including Mobile, Fibre, and special programs (e.g., Grants, festive campaigns, bundles, etc).
Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and campaign briefs for new products, solutions, and initiatives for the SMB segment.
Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital ads, email marketing (EDM blasts), social media, and on-ground activities.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to campaign objectives and timelines.
Sales & Partner Enablement
Churn out and manage the production of a wide range of sales collateral, marketing materials, and product information to support the SMB sales force and channel partners.
Support the collaboration with channel partners to develop and execute joint marketing activities, roadshows, and events aimed at driving lead generation and sales.
Equip the sales teams with the latest marketing materials and key talking points relevant to the SMB segment.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with the Brand & Comms pillar to facilitate the creation of compelling and brand-aligned marketing assets and campaign materials.
Work with the Customer Engagement & Activation pillar to ensure the successful execution of roadshows and other on-ground activities.
Assist in conducting research and analysis to understand the unique needs, challenges, and competitive landscape of the SMB segment to inform campaign messaging.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Assist in the tracking and monitoring of campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and customer feedback.
Contribute to the development of performance reports and provide insights for campaign optimization and future strategy.
