Position: Japanese Speaking Background Check Support Executive Project: Pre-employment screening Industry Location: Selangor Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: . Salary (RM9,000) + KPI Allowance (up to RM400) Operation hour: 7:00-19:00 Responsibilities: . Verifying educational, employment, credit and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients. . Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify details and prepare reports. . Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries. . To exceed client\'s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. Requirements: . Required language(s): Japanese + English . Good command of English . Good written and oral communication skills . Good organizational skills and attention to detail . Computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications . Confidentiality Standards . Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments . Keen to learn . Education qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any industry . Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply . Diploma/Certificate holder requires at least 5-7 years relevant working experience . Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift .
