Job Description

:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including pickup escalations, campaign coordination, SOP planning and growth initiatives.
  • Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination.
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes.
  • Identify potential new markets and sellers to drive the growth of the logistics platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new sellers, including outreach, pitching, and negotiations.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential sellers and track progress from lead generation through to successful onboarding.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree in the related field
  • Knowledge of Business Development and Key Account Management is a must, able to understand seller processes
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong in Malay, English and Mandarin is a must
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented in work
  • Good team player
  • Adaptive with the dynamic working culture
