Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including pickup escalations, campaign coordination, SOP planning and growth initiatives.
Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination.
Work closely with operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes.
Identify potential new markets and sellers to drive the growth of the logistics platform.
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new sellers, including outreach, pitching, and negotiations.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential sellers and track progress from lead generation through to successful onboarding.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in the related field
Knowledge of Business Development and Key Account Management is a must, able to understand seller processes
Excellent people management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
