Employment Highlights: Young, energetic, creative and supportive work environment Genuine work-life balance Learn valuable hands-on work experience at a medium-sized start-up company What you would be doing: \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies \xe2\x80\xa2 Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization \xe2\x80\xa2 Research and analyze competitor advertising links To be successful in this role, you will need to have: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition \xe2\x80\xa2 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics and WebTrends) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
