This role is to assist priesthood leaders as they implement Seminaries & Institutes (S&I) programs in their assigned areas, to train called Seminary & Institute teachers, and to coordinate the effort to ensure all qualified youth and young adults enroll in Seminary & Institute classes. If you have excellent training and management skills, and a passion to work with youth and young adults to come closer to Christ through studying the scriptures and words of prophets, please apply!

This position will be located in Kuching Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer short-term and long-term planning strategies to provide top-quality programs which leads to high level of S&I enrollments and completions
• Provide professional training and support to stake/district Seminary and Institute teachers regularly to ensure top-quality Gospel teaching
• Teach the Gospel effectively and act as an example of effective teacher to the Seminary and Institute teachers called by local priesthood leaders
• Support and coordinate with local priesthood leaders to enroll all qualified young men, young women, and young single adults in S&I classes to strengthen their conversion to Christ
• Manage S&I operation including budget and financial transactions in the designated areas

• Bachelor\'s degree (Masters preferred)
• 5-8 years of recognized experience in management, training and development or other related disciplines
• Experience in interactive teaching and training
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with priesthood leaders and young people effectively
• Deep understanding of gospel doctrines and principles
• Able to communicate in English effectively in business setting - verbal and written
• Good working knowledge and skills of using Microsoft Office suites and utilizing Social Media and IT solutions
