Determining specifications for components to be created based on blueprints for mechanical systems.
Measuring and constructing components out of raw materialsthrough cutting, shaping, and grinding.

procedures.
Understanding and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations.
Operating specialised equipment.
Performing regular maintenance and repair work and conducting diagnostic tests to determine the root of problems.
Monitoring the fabrication and assembly process.
Replacing damaged or defective components.
Adhering to other overall on-site regulations.
Qualification
1.Complete secondary education with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV) certificate.
2.Enrol in a vocational training course in manufacturing technology at an Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
3. Obtain the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Levels 1, 2, and 3, or an equivalent certification, with Level 2 being the minimum preferred by many companies.
4.Gain practical experience through entry-level positions where you can apply your skills.
5. Continue your professional development by staying updated with industry advancements through workshops and additional training.
