Document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers. Incorporate feedback from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases. Perform 3D equipment and piping layout work and develop computer generated construction drawings for environmental treatment projects Perform 3D Model drawings using specifications, standard drawings, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams, line list and supplier information. Lead and manage a team of professional draftsmen and to allocate, prioritize and check work of a team of draftsmen. Develop designs from project specifications and to check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender. Communicate and interface with other project design and engineering disciplines. Complete 3D model drawings arrangement and piping isometrics and to check other departments design drawings and supplier equipment drawings. Prepare progress report for the project piping area/unit supervisor. Review project specifications, administrative and technical practices, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams and supplier information Requirements: Diploma or higher in Chemical / Process / Mechanical/ recognized drafting engineering Require minimum 5 years' experience and excellent knowledge in mechanical design and space management. Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role Additional certificate in design is desirable Hand-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software Good management skill Good knowledge of both local and international codes, standards and regulations Familiar with Microsoft Office Application such as Excel & Words Familiarity with 3D modelling tools (Plant 3D, CadWorx, Revit etc.) Fluent written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia If you are interested in the position, kindly apply directly online by clicking on the 'Apply' button.
