Requirements

• Strong knowledge of e-Invoicing requirements and compliance
• Familiarity with AutoCount accounting system (added advantage)
• Proven ability to handle full sets of accounts independently
• Experience in leading and supervising an accounting team
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and professional communication

Responsibilities

• Oversee inter-company accounting operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Manage company cash flow and prepare financial planning reports for management decision-making
• Consolidate all accounts and prepare complete financial statements for annual audits
• Monitor departmental progress and resolve accounting-related issues efficiently
• Liaise with banks to secure optimal foreign exchange rates, remittance arrangements, and international payments
• Provide updated P&L projections to support budgeting and strategic planning
