Senior Account Analyst Audit (6 Months)
Job Description
Ensure timely and accurate processing of end-to-end accounting transactions--including journal entries, intercompany activities, fixed assets, and accounts payable invoices, etc--in strict compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Perform reconciliation of the respective systems to ensure they balance and that any discrepancies or variations are investigated and corrected.
Manage both local statutory and group reporting requirements, ensuring proper oversight of tax filings and providing support during audits. Monitor overdue items, proactively resolve outstanding operational issues, and escalate matters as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Support month-end closing activities, including posting manual journals and preparing comprehensive monthly reports. Identify, recommend, and drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within existing processes, and actively lead or support related projects.Foster and promote a high-performance, "play to win" culture within the team
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
