Familiar with SQL Accounting System
Knowledge in E-Invoice & SST
Responsible for overall accounting and administrative work
Manage and process monthly payroll, overtime pay EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
Receive and process quotations, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.
Must be familiar with all online application processing documents
Perform general administrative tasks such as filling, preparing memoranda, notices, letters, etc.
Handle incoming calls, mails, couriers, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
Prepare monthly management reports including analysis/comments
Liaise with company auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers
Ensure complete record keeping and file archives
Serious, motivated, good communication and organizational skills
Have more than 5 years of education or experience in accounting related background
Experience in handling construction account progress claims is preferred
Immediate start is preferred
Working hours - 5 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
