Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and administrative processes
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English and [other languages if relevant]

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements
• Handle tax submissions (SST, income tax, etc.) and liaise with auditors & tax agents
• Oversee daily administrative operations including document management, office supplies, and company correspondences
• Support HR-related matters such as payroll, leave records, and staff documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
