Job Summary:

The Senior Account Executive/ Account Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's financial operations. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing month-end closings, handling tax matters, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation. Manage and monitor cash flow and daily accounting operations. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Review and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries. Assist in year-end closing, audit schedules, and tax submission (e.g., SST, corporate tax). Assist in upload final payroll payments and obtain management approval before 7th of the month. Responsible for renewal of company vehicle insurance & permits. Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis or reports as needed. Perform other account duties or tasks assigned by superiors or management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in accounting or finance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, ERP) Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
