Review the work of bookkeeper to ensure the posting of Financial Data is accurately performed.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, AR and AP aging, Fixed Assets Schedule
Payroll preparation.
Financial Analysis.
Coordinate and request documentation with clients to ensure assignments can be done on time.
Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent & Company Secretary to ensure various statutory deadlines are met.
Advise client on matters pertaining to operational such as documentation, payroll related, accounting system and etc.
Assist the Partners or Manager in process improvement to improve the productivity and efficiency of the Company.
Assisting superior or guiding juniors whenever they need help.
Requirements:
Possess minimum Badhelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or relevant field.
Familiar with Finance, Accounting Regulations, policies and standards
Performance-oriented and a team player
Familiar with Xero accounting software is an added advantage
Experienced with accounting practice firm is an added advantage
Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle deadlines
Good in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
