About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Account Executive (AR)

to oversee and manage accounts receivable operations. This role requires strong reconciliation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise daily AR processes while ensuring compliance with company and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise AR operations, including daily sales, collections, and bank remittances. Approve customer payments, commissions, rewards, and refunds. Process and verify payments from multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.). Perform

advanced reconciliations

for trade receivables, bank accounts, e-commerce platforms, sales wallets, and cash wallets. Monitor contra entries, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports (cash flow, outstanding collections, trade receivables aging, platform charges). Handle month-end closing, journal entries, and schedules. Liaise with auditors and act as main contact for internal and external audits. Support system management projects (data migration/EDI) and inventory closing with warehouse team. Supervise and support AR operations during marketing events (roadshows, bootcamps, conventions).

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

5 years' experience in full set of accounts

and

3 years in credit control/AR

. Strong experience in

bank reconciliation

and AR operations. Proficiency in

SAP, QNE, Oracle Netsuite

, and advanced

MS Excel

. Audit experience and exposure to financial reporting. Strong communication and negotiation skills (internal & external stakeholders). Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work beyond office hours during peak periods.
