Job Overview

We are looking for a team-based, detail-oriented and responsible

Accountant

to manage full set accounting, payroll, and SST-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and be familiar with

SQL or UBS accounting software

. Knowledge of manufacturing accounts will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

full set of accounts

: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation etc. Manage

monthly payroll

, EPF, SOCSO, PCB and related statutory payments. Prepare and submit

SST returns

, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Assist with monthly and yearly

financial reporting, forecasting, and audits.

Liaise with vendors, customers, and auditors as needed. Support management with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

2-3 years of accounting experience

(full set accounts & SST handling). Proficiency in

SQL or UBS accounting software

is a must. Knowledge of manufacturing accounts is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;

Mandarin proficiency encouraged

(due to communication with vendors from Taiwan & China). Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented.
