Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries).
Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Manage billing, invoicing, and issuance of official receipts.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and petty cash management.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SST regulations, and other statutory requirements.
2. Data Entry & Documentation
Perform accurate and timely data entry for accounting and administrative records.
Maintain and update filing systems (softcopy & hardcopy) for accounting documents, invoices, and receipts.
Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of financial and administrative records.
3. Administrative Support
Handle general office administrative tasks such as purchasing, inventory control, and office supplies management.
Assist in HR-related functions such as staff claims, and payroll preparation.
Support management with ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
4. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with vendors, clients, and banks on financial and administrative matters.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
