Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.

- Handle management reporting, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring.

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, SST, and statutory requirements.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory bodies.

- Oversee monthly payroll process and ensure statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF, etc.) are submitted accurately.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management decision-making.

- Maintain and enhance internal control procedures and accounting policies.

- Support in ad-hoc projects, system enhancements, and process improvements assigned by management.

Requirements

-Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional qualifications

-Minimum 3-5 years working experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in [industry if specific].

-Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.

-Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation (SST, Income Tax), and regulatory compliance.

-Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
