Key Responsibilities:
Handle a
full set of accounts
for multiple clients (SMEs and corporate).
Prepare
management reports, financial statements, and reconciliations.
Review accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Manage
monthly closing, journals, and audit schedules.
Supervise and guide junior staff on bookkeeping and client assignments.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients to resolve accounting matters.
Ensure all deadlines for
accounts, audit, and tax filing
are met.
Support process improvement and workflow standardization within company.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum
4-6 years' experience
in accounting or audit firm environment.
Strong technical knowledge in accounting and financial reporting.
Proficient in
Quickbook/ SQL / AutoCount / Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to manage multiple client portfolios independently.
